layout requests!!

according to val i have hipster urges that need to be satisfied and instead of forcing navs on people, i might as well put up a request page!! i can't promise a turn around time on these (since i'll be working on these during my spare time), but i promise i'll have something eventually >:C i'm aiming for about one layout a week, to give you an estimate.

requests are open, but only to people i have on my plurklist 8(. i'm happy to take multiple requests, but priority will go to those that i've never made a layout for / haven't made one for in a while.
